My Playground
A concept I’ve always believed in is work hard, play hard.
I believe that in order to create the best work and show up best in life, you must constantly be cultivating passions and hobbies. When you are able to infuse your work with passion, that’s when the magic happens.

My freshman year of college, I found out about virtual assisting through a podcast (before remote work became popular 🤪). The idea of getting to work side by side with business owners and work on their copy, video, podcasts, social media, and essectially be their right-hand woman intrigued me so much that I purchased a course on the basics that very week.
With the knoledge from that course, I learned how to perform important tasks on behalf of the business owner, sign clients, and operate my own solo proprietorship business.
The next year, I started my own mindset coaching business where I helped
She loved her prom dress!
In high school, I taught myself how to sew clothing with YouTube videos and an old machine my family had in the basement. The first shirt I ever made, I sewed the sleeves inside out. I began to make more and more shirts and garments. My high school best friend and I started doing little sewing competitions to see who could make nicer tops from scratch.
That same friend had an older sister who was to attend prom. The sister had asked me if I could make a custom dress for her. I immediately said yes! I knew it would be a challenge with a learning curve and that it would be so much fun.
To start, I sketched out a design of what the dress would look like according to what my new client was asking. She wanted the dress to be flowy with a lace sweetheart neckline and cap sleeves.
The sketch is to the right: left is front, right is back.
The GRAND Reveal…
After taking her measurements and watching countless YouTube videos to make sure my execution would be spot on, we took a trip to the fabric store! I decided the dress should have three layers: a white base layer that had a good amount of weight (this would allow maximum flow and elegance) and two layers of chiffon to create a beautiful peachy color and allow the flow to look effortless and light.
The two sisters came to my house weekly for a couple weeks for fittings until the dress was finally finished!
My fav travel pics
Studying abroad in London during the summer of 2023 was an absolute dream. I would do it over again a million times if given the chance.
As someone who values travel, a change of scenery, and meeting new people, I found myself living in my element here. I met some incredible people who I’m still friends with till this day.
Some of my favorite parts of London was playing volleyball with Locals each week, visiting the Kew Gardens, and getting to visit the different markets around the city. I never realized how much I loved public transportation until I started using the tube each day. I would happily take it to work and school!
I hope to go back one day and explore more of Europe. Some of my dream destinations include Ireland, Portugal, Prague, Belgium, and Switzerland.
The Story of Starting TWO Businesses in College
My freshman year of college, I found out about virtual assisting through a podcast (before remote work became popular 🤪). The idea of getting to work side by side with business owners and work on their copy, video, podcasts, social media, and essectially be their right-hand woman intrigued me so much that I purchased a course on the basics that very week.
With the knoledge from that course, I was able to perform important tasks on behalf of the business owner, sign clients, and operate my own solo proprietorship business.
During that very same same year, I got super into mindset and personal development. I enrolled in a mindset and manifestation course to learn more about the subconscious mind and reaching one’s goals though shifting limiting beliefs. As a result of that course and all the knowledge, my confidence soared and my own perceptions and quality of life became increasingly happier and more fulfilled.
I was so thrilled with the outcome and I knew that sharing this knowledge would help others build their self-confidence too! The next year, I started my own mindset coaching business helping women overcome their limiting beliefs in order to reach the goals they set for themselves.
After my sophomore year of college, I ended up closing both of these businesses in order to focus on my studies, but virtual assisting and mindset will always hold a special place in my heart.
